Problems logging into IU Login

Overview
If you can't log into IU Login and you think you should be able to do so, select your primary relationship to IU from the list above, and follow the instructions.
If your status isn't listed, contact your IU campus Support Center.

Student (admitted or enrolled), employee, or affiliate
- If you're have problems using your University account:
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
- Try resetting your passphrase. If the problem persists, your IU ADS domain account may be locked for some reason; see If your ADS domain account is locked.
To have your ADS account unlocked immediately or request additional troubleshooting, contact your campus Support Center.

IU Health employee
IU Health employees may use their IU Health accounts to log into select applications. If available for the application, use the
tab on the IU Login screen to log in with your IU Health account.Guest (including applicant)
If you're having trouble using your IU Guest account credentials (email address and password), try resetting your IU Guest account password.
If the problem persists, contact your campus Support Center.
Parent or guardian
Parents or guardians cannot log in through IU Login to view student information. For a parent or guardian to be able to view a student's information, the student must first assign third-party access to the parent or guardian. Once authorized for third-party access, parents or guardians should follow the instructions in Use a third-party account to view a student's personal information.

Former student or employee
Former students and employees without retirement status in the Extended Relationship phase can access select IU resources for a limited time.
- If you're having trouble using your University account:
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
