Wait at least two complete rings to allow the telephone to identify a caller and display the name and/or number. You must have Caller ID installed on your line for this feature to work.
Note that the Meridian 9316CW and 9417CW telephones can make and receive calls even during a power failure. However, the display and memory keys will not work without power.
To return local calls from the caller's list, remove the area code, if present.
To use the Call Waiting identification feature, you must request that Call Waiting be added to your line.
There is a 24-digit limit on numbers and a 16-character limit on names stored in the directory.
